It's been a while!!!!

Well it's been a while since I have been on here and talked about what's going on!!! I have been super busy with school and work!!! I recently celebrated my six month anniversary with Dave and it was so much fun!!! I had to work that day and he called my staffing office ( I work for St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth) and asked if he could come surprise me and he showed up with 2 dozen roses and it was so sweet and all the nurses were so cute and giggly about it!!! But anyways everything has been going great, I don't think about surgery lately, I don't think about everything that I have gone through, I just go through life like anyother person!!! It's still an adjustment but I think that I can handle it!!!!

I have been taking some mini vacations and have been trying to enjoy life as much as I can!!! I have been trying to go home as much as I can to stay close to my family and now that deer hunting season is coming I am really getting excited!!! I recently entered my first Enduro race and I made it not to far becuase I blew my clutch!!! hehehehe but we are getting a new clutch in the car and am going to enter it as an ice racer!!!! hehehe so that will be great!!! but that's about it for now!!! talk to you all soon!!!

another special anniversary

well i recently had another special anniversary in my life...my 4 month anniversary with my boyfriend dave...wow it's been four months already...it's been crazy...for everyone who has met him i hope you all like him...and for all of you who still need to meet him...i'll hope you'll be happy with him and approve...i do see myself being with him forever...and he says the same thing....i know we are going to be happy together...but he's helped me through a lot and i love him to death...well that's about it for now so see you all later...love janelle

ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY

hey everyone...yesterday was my one year anniversary...crazy isn't it???? i still can't believe that it's been a year since my surgery...it's interesting to see what has changed over the past year in my life...my life has changed for the best and maybe for the worst. i have made new friends and have lost friends...family has changed hopefully for the best...and my personal life has changed for ever...Dave is in my life and I hope that he never leaves...but i bet you all are wondering how much i've lost...well as of yesterday I weighed 178 pounds!!!!!!!!!! that's over 137 pounds lost since my highest weight of 315 pounds...that means i've lost over 122 pounds since surgery....that's great in my book...my doctor says that my goal should be anywhere between 150-165 pounds...and i hope that possibly within the next year i could get down to somewhere in that area...because that would be great...i currently wear a size medium to large t-shirt (depends on brand) and currently have been transitioning between a 11-12 to 14-16 size jeans...(depends on brand) but coming from an xxl t-shirt and a size 24-26 pant...i wouldn't change anything...life has changed and i don't ever want to go back to where I was in life...I have never been happier and I have never felt better...thanks to everyone who has been there and who has helped over the past year....thanks everyone I love you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wow it's been a while

hey everyone...sorry it's been a while since i got on here and wrote something...so here it goes...tim and jenny got married, it was a great day for everyone...i brought home my boyfriend dave for everyone to meet and it seems like everyone likes him...i finished school for the year and have moved into a new home in duluth...everything has been great with me...i have lost over 130 pounds and am lovin every minute of it...we have a family reunion coming up on july 2nd so i know that will be an exciting time...but i guess that's about it for now...i've been busy with work and tryin to maintain a great relationship with my man...well i'll check in soon...see ya

just checkin in

well it's been a while since i've been on here so i figured another update would be great...well i've lost 115 pounds as of last week some time. I'm excited because that's a whole person it's mazing to feel this way, and some days I still amaze myself. Well it's finally official...my brother got married...yep it's finally done..it was a great wedding everyone looked really great. It was funny because I brought home my boyfriend Dave and he was happy to meet my family and I was really excited to introduce him to my family...considering the fact that I had to reintroduce myself to my family...which is very funny. But the wedding rocked, it was great and I looked great according to everyone so that made me super happy. Well not to much else has been going on lately...just stayin ahead in school and tryin to plan out my summer. Not sure it I am going to be moving back home or stayin up in Duluth...I am looking for a place up here and so fsar we are still looking...but anyways I'm taking a study break with Dave and Jessi and I figured I should let everyone know how I am doin...well talk to you all later...love ya

spring break is finally here

well it's been a while since I've been on this thing so I figured before I leave for break I would update. Well as of a couple weeks ago I have been hovering around 190 pounds that over 110 pounds lost...yeah I have lost a Jessi..aka my roommate who only weighs 109 pounds (she eats like a horse and still can't gain weight, and the doctors don't know what to do with her) I am not packing for my trip to Vegas this week, our plane leaves tomorrow and I am oober excited!! I really am looking forward to this vacation, plus I am really excited to watch the nascar race!!! I celebrated my birthday the other week and I had a really great time. I just want to saqy thank you to everyone who made my birthday special, thanks girls for coming up from Brainerd and having a great time with me. But anyways I thought I would just say hi and let everyone know how I am doing...p.s. my support group meetings have started up again and they are so much fun. But anyways I will update more later.

February is finally here

Hey everyone we have had some awesome weather up here in Duluth, but we have had our rough days, brrrrrr!!!! But it's all good, that's what we get for living in Duluth. But just wanted to check in and let everyone know that things have been going great, down about 107 pounds!!! I think, but I'll have to double check, but lately I've been loosing more inches than "numbers" but the inches are more important to me than anything else. And know that I am under 200 pounds I feel like a million bucks, it's so amazing to think that I could ever be under 200 pounds, I just wanna scream in happiness!!!!! But things have been so great lately, I've been meeting so many people it's not even funny. I love getting looks in the hallways at school and I love going out in public. I love it, it's not embarrassing anymore and I'm not ashamed of how I look anymore. I met the greatest guy the other day and I have to say that he is amazing, he makes me smile like no other person and I hope that our relationship grows!!! But that's all in due time, but I figured I's drop a little line and let everyone know that I'm still here!!! P.S. Emilio I miss you, I hope California is treating you ok and I hope you come back really really really soon!!! Love ya babe!!! TTYL!!! P.S.S. my birthday is on Friday!! Yeah 20 years old finally!!!!!
